Service Star Plumbing

I needed a new toilet with bidet installed. Service Star was hundreds less than another plumber estimate. We had a snowstorm that day so I was concerned they would cancel on me but they came right on schedule. They were efficient, double-checked that the bidet worked and the toilet was sealed properly with no leaks. I will no longer use any other plumbing company, only Service Star.

Service Star Plumbing did a fantastic job and fantastic service. Older home with older parts and unexpected shower repair. Service Star Plumbing got us on the schedule quickly and fixed shower unit within a day of calling. Thank you for fixing the shower at the last minute. Jodi answered called and also provided great customer service to schedule appointment.

Had a major leak with our outside faucet. Found out the valves were very old and that it took 2 valves to shut it off. Service Star Plumbing was great! Nathan and his apprentice Josh came out and were very friendly. Nathan grabbed my Amazon delivery and brought it in for me! Bonus! Wonderful guys! They showed my husband and I the problem areas and gave us 3 options to choose from. Was it expensive? Not as much as you'd think and the prices were very reasonable compared to other companies who wanted to charge us an arm and a leg. If you need good plumbers and service, please don't hesitate to reach out. Jodi, the dispatcher, is amazing as well!

Nathan and Josh were awesome! They came to fix a leak with our tub in our new bathroom that we had spent weeks trying to troubleshoot. Nathan and Josh were able to get it FIXED quickly. They later discovered our water heater was 20+ years old and gave us a great no pressure option to get it done the next day and did not charge us for the leak repair. I recommend them for their knowledge, fair price and friendliness! Thanks again!

I emailed Service Star on Sunday night, got a response an hour later and was worked into their schedule for Monday. It started with a leaking faucet in the tub which turned into a huge issue. The amount of work that had to be done, because everything was so old and falling apart *inside* the wall, was next level. Nathan did an amazing job and I’m really pleased with the results. Service Star did a great job on my kitchen remodel a few years ago (also a major project ) and that’s why I didn’t hesitate to call them again. Next time I need a plumber, I’ll be calling Service Star.

Scheduled on Sunday afternoon to fix my bathroom sink, they were available and showed up Monday morning at 8a as promised. They had everything they needed on the truck, finished the work quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend.

Jody, the secretary was very helpful and very people oriented and able to answer all questions as well as being easy to contact She sent two technicians to install the toilet flange and wax ring. And they both did an excellent job. And they were done in less than two hours. I would definitely hire them again.
